My 1:1 Coaching Program is science-based and intentionally designed to help you create a relationship with your stress.

While every client comes to coaching for unique reasons, the general framework of my program is similar so you know exactly what to expect and we make the best use of our time together.

Our conversations can stretch from the personal to the professional and we hit on so many varied topics, this is simply a general structure those conversations occur within.

Program Details:

In week 1 you meet the primary parts of the brain involved in stress. Familiarizing yourself with the science enables you to identify which part of your brain is in control at a given time and why.

As we go, you'll be able to start seeing yourself think - so you can pause and adjust - which puts managing stress in your hands.

Week 2 is all about how emotions come into play - how you can start priming your brain to feel the way you want it to, do Mondays have to be awful every week?

Week 3 introduces you to energy management - you gain clarity around how you work best and what nurtures your well-being. This isn't just about your roles as a professional, parent, or caregiver – it's about supporting your humanity.

Energy management is foundational for stress management - you can’t out-meditate an energy bank with a consistently negative balance.

Week 4 breaks down the relationship between movement and stress - so you can identify when it helps and when it might hurt.

You'll also learn about the Reticular Activating System, a part of the brain that works to spotlight "important" things - if it hasn't had a tune up since childhood - it might be spotlighting the wrong things!

Week 5 is all about the science of Self Compassion & Perfectionism - how can you apply the right amount of accountability and support to achieve your goals?

You'll explore what your inner narrative sounds like and make tweaks so you feel driven, rather than punished.

You'll identify when you feel driven toward excellence or paralyzed by perfectionism.

Week 6 is when we dig into the language you and those around you use that may be unintentionally ramping up your stress response before you've even hit an actual stressful point!

Week 7 and 8 is when we create a plan going forward. What's going well? What would you like to continue to work on? What resources might you need going forward?

You can’t design a life-work-stress relationship that reduces your stress until you know what works for you. And that's exactly what my coaching is designed to do.
