Heya, I’m Madi Snow.

I’m a former Medical Professional who’s all-too-familiar with the exhausting hamster wheel that lies at the end of the perfection-seeking rainbow.

Working in healthcare, I was surrounded by burnout - whether in the form of compassion fatigue or myself and my colleagues constantly pushing our needs as humans to the side in the name of contributing the most.

I wanted to help. I think you know the feeling.

As one of the rare birds who loves psychology as much as physiology, I dove into coaching education.

I quickly realized just how deep the lack of understanding impacted the daily lives of people in and out of medicine.

Even my colleagues, well-versed in human anatomy and physiology, had trouble applying the science of stress to themselves.

Seeing that stress management typically felt like an understandably overwhelming guessing game, I left healthcare in November 2020 and started my coaching business in May 2021.

Through education and understanding of individual stress management, I aim to fortify driven individuals against burnout.

In an effort to be the best at what we do, we end up exhausted, demotivated, and burned out.

It doesn’t matter if you were the top of your class - or how well you did in your first few years of work if you don’t have the knowledge and skills to sustain your work and life.


Since leaving medicine, I’ve helped successful humans define their work/life/stress relationship.
