  • Eight weeks absolutely sounds like a long time, which is why when I started coaching I did individual sessions and a six-week program.

    Neither of those options provided the profound shifts that clients can see in an 8-week period.

    The time absolutely flies and 8 weeks gives us a great amount of time for you to see progress without feeling pressured.

  • Absolutely not! I’ve been on pushy sales calls with coaches - that’s not my vibe. When we create a pressured environment by “selling” people on something, it’s possible for people to commit to something out of fear. I want you to feel empowered to change your life and take on your stress in a new way. The Intro Call is purely for you to tell me what you’re struggling with and chat to see if we think I can help!

  • There’s a lot of crossover between the two - the main difference is that coaching is typically focused on taking you from “doing ok” to thriving!

    Therapy can do the same, but typically is focused on getting you to “doing ok.” I’m VERY away of my scope as a coach and if I think you’d be better served with a therapist, I’ll be upfront about what to expect with me!

    I have a number of clients who work with a therapist simultaneously, which works beautifully too!
